Rollins Automotive has a rich history in the Speed and Custom business.  Founded in 1974 in Fort Myers, Florida by Chip and Nancy Rollins, the business now has second generation ownership with son Jason Rollins and is located in Gainesville, Florida.  Jason, a business graduate of University Of Florida, has built quite a reputation as a preferred engine builder and fabricator, but equally important knows how to take care of his customers.

Chip is now semi-retired but can be found around the business if your lucky enough to get a few minutes with him.  You can find a comprehensive list of the services offered by Rollins Automotive on the “Services” page.

To the right you can see our current stable of racecars and make no mistake, they are mostly all still street legal.  So be careful who you pull up to at that stoplight, better yet, get over to Rollins Automotive and have them make sure you’re competitive when you look over to see one of these cars next to you.

The Rollins crew is passionate about performance.  Being located in Gainesville, Florida, they are very active with AutoPlus Raceway in Gainesville.  AutoPlus Raceway is home to the world famous GatorNationals.  Rollins Automotive sponsors a variety of events and annually sponsors one of the NHRA points classes at AutoPlus, doing their part to give back to the sport and the community.

The Rollins family currently has 3 family members that are active Drag Racers with NHRA and other sanctioning bodies.  All Champions in their own right – Chip, Jason and John Rollins will usually be seen in the late rounds at any event they attend.  Be sure to stop by and say hello.
